  • Comply with federal, Delaware, and other applicable laws; and

  • Conduct legitimate PAC activities and administration.

 

Campaign-Finance Disclosure

Political committees are required by law to report certain contributor information to government election authorities. Information required to be disclosed may therefore become publicly available. We cannot guarantee confidentiality for information that we are legally required to report.

 

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist with PAC operations, including payment processing, compliance, accounting, communications, technology, and legal services, subject to appropriate safeguards.
